This is a renovation of an existing 1970’s ranch style home. We performed a deep energy retrofit to this home by adding additional insulation and new windows, along with many other strategies.  This been home has achieving an energy savings of about 60%. With a new exterior of durable materials and an interior renovated with environmentally respectful materials and finishes, the house was completely updated and re-defined.
